Reservation
The reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation and, where applicable, payment or pre-authorization of the indicated amount.
Rates and Payments
Rates are expressed in euros and may vary depending on availability and period. Payment may be required at the time of booking or according to the conditions of the selected rate.
Cancellation and No-show
Cancellation policies vary depending on the rate selected at the time of booking. In case of no-show or cancellation after the applicable deadline, the amount specified in the selected rate will be charged.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is available during the hours communicated by the property. Check-out must be completed by the indicated time. Any requests for early or late arrival/departure must be agreed in advance.
Online Check-in and City Tax
Three days before the arrival date, guests will receive a link to complete the online check-in. During this process, guests will be required to provide identity document details for all occupants and to pay the city tax, where applicable.
No Smoking Policy
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. In case of violation, the property reserves the right to charge a penalty for extra cleaning and restoration.
Stay
Guests are required to respect the property, its furnishings, and house rules. Any damage caused will be charged.
Liability
The property is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings left unattended.
